课题组介绍

戴贇贇为北京理工大学集成电路与电子学院准聘教授、博导,国家级青年人才(海外),依托王业亮教授(集成电路学院院长,国家杰出青年基金获得者)团队。戴贇贇课题组依托科技部重点研发和基金委面上项目开展研究,研究方向主要包括纳米光子学、非线性光学、新型智能光电探测器件的研究等。

课题组现有博士生5名,硕士生3名,本科生1名。课题组长期招生博士生、硕士生,以及博后,欢迎有志青年加入!

研究方向一:纳米光子学与非线性光学的研究

基于二维材料以及纳米光学结构,研究其非线性光学信号(比如二次谐波、三次谐波等)的产生与增强;此外,可通过调节纳米光学结构与光的相互作用,实现非线性光学信号的强度与偏振的精准调控。非线性光学在光成像、光通讯、光计算等领域有广泛的应用。

研究方向二:智能光电探测器件的性能研究

制备与研究二维材料智能光电探测器件,探索光电探测的物理机制,实现高灵敏光电探测,探测波段覆盖可见到近红外波段,通过特殊设计的光学结构与器件想结合,可实现线偏振与圆偏振光探测。

基于二维材料的光电成像系统,结合深度学习、卷积神经网络(CNN)等智能算法,可以实现智能分类、目标识别、图像增强等应用。
